The sleep is one of the most important thingπ in the life. Not only human, but also animals πππ need sleep too. Adequate sleep affects to every day actions. Healthy sleep helps us a lot to start the day refreshingly.πππ
If I tell you something about my sleep, Some times I sleep more or less than six hours. When I get less sleep it's so difficult to maintain my daily routine. Then the body feels strangely tiredπ.
We can get many benefit from sleep. Some of them....

π· To relieve stress etc...
