                 The sleep is one of the most important thing😌 in the life. Not only human, but also animals πŸˆπŸ’πŸ• need sleep too. Adequate sleep affects to every day actions. Healthy sleep helps us a lot to start the day refreshingly.πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

                                                  

                                    If I tell you something about my sleep, Some times I sleep more or less than six hours. When I get less sleep it's so difficult to maintain my daily routine. Then the body feels strangely tiredπŸ˜‘.

                   We can get many benefit from sleep. Some of them....

                         πŸŒ·To develop immunity

                    🌷 To repair physical

                             πŸŒ· To relieve stress  etc...


Acctualy, one of my favorite thing is sleep a lot.😁😁 But I have lot of work 🀭. I try to get enough sleep every day😎
